In 2015, we worked with the Bozzuto Group to create a new campaign for a new property, the Gallery Towns at Monroe Street Market.
In late 2015, as the next phase of development, 45 brand new townhomes were being constructed near the newly opened Brookland Arts Walk.
Workhorse was hired to bring in a fresh take to the advertising campaign, focusing on promoting the historic neighborhood beyond the Arts Walk. We crafted an advertising campaign centered around the authenticity of Brookland life and putting down roots in a historic neighborhod —becoming ‘Grounded in Brookland’.
