BoodyBaby

Boody Eco-Wear
BoodyBaby.
A sibling brand for infant basics. Same manufacturing, same framework, softer voice. Parenting creator roster, its own hashtag, and a register that sat beside the parent brand without borrowing from it.

Same family. Different voice.
Line extensions tend to break one of two ways: either the sub-brand disappears inside the parent, or it peels off so hard it reads as a different company. We needed neither.
BoodyBaby served new parents. That audience reads differently than the body-positivity, values-driven Boody audience: less performance, more exhaustion, more trust-first. The register had to shift without detaching.
We kept the 60/40 framework, the fiber story, the content standards. We changed the voice, the hashtag, the creator roster, and the color temperature. Everything else inherited.

Softer. Warmer. Parent-first.
The BoodyBaby register was quieter by design. Photography leaned warmer in white balance. Copy dropped the performance-wear language and picked up the fabric, fit, and wash vocabulary that actually matters to a parent dressing a baby. No cheeky. No ironic. Just honest.

#boodybabyUS. #ourlittlestwonder.
Two tags. One for the brand. One for the community.
#boodybabyUS carried the branded posts from the company and the official creator roster. #ourlittlestwonder was for parents to use on their own photographs, a way to opt into the community without being asked to market.
Keeping the two separate meant the community tag stayed clean: parents could share without feeling like they were doing work for the brand.
Program · Parenting creators
A bench that read as parents first.
We built a separate parenting-tier roster: mom creators, dad creators, a handful of pediatric wellness accounts. Different brief, softer guardrails, longer turnaround windows so nobody was rushing a baby for a post.

Where Boody and BoodyBaby shared a frame.
Certain seasonal moments called for both brands in one image. A mother in Boody, a baby in BoodyBaby. Both hashtags, both rosters, both brand voices respected. The framework let the two sit together without forcing one to absorb the other.
One line inside four years
BoodyBaby was one chapter of a larger partnership.
The framework BoodyBaby inherited was built on the parent engagement: brand strategy, content engine, influencer program, measurement. That case is the hub.
