Brand Strategy

Re-positioned an Australian eco-basics brand for the North American market in 2016. Retired the cheeky Australian register; built the US positioning around "Clothing to feel good about" and the two-pillar Good-for-you / Good-for-the-planet framework. The framework ran every asset for four years.

Content Systems

A dual-pillar content system that gave the team a way to plan, brief, and review every asset against the same framework. Good for you pillar carried the product (softness, fit, repeat wear). Good for the planet pillar carried the supply chain (closed-loop viscose, low-water manufacturing, OEKO-TEX certification). 60/40 ratio enforced.

Web Design

Boody US web presence rebuild including site design, ecommerce templates, and the Active launch landing page. The site carried the same dual-pillar content rotation as the social channels.

Email Design

Owned the US email program end-to-end for four years. Same dual-pillar framework, same photo language, same brand voice. The email engine ran on the same content calendar as the feed.

Editorial Photography

#editorial-photographyOne production per chapter, plus rolling editorial across the feed

Documentary-style lifestyle photography across all three program chapters. Real product in real wear, candid casting, natural light. The Active shoot ran on locations (tennis court, basketball court, studio); the Basics line ran in-studio with light-touch direction; BoodyBaby leaned into editorial parent-and-child framing.

Three named campaign programs ran inside the four-year partnership. Boody Active (2017 activewear launch, photoshoot + launch film + cutdown library + landing page + creator program). BoodyBaby (2017 babywear line extension with its own visual language). Naturally You (2018 inclusive-tone campaign that became the studio's externally rotated case study).

Social Media Management

Owned the US Instagram and Facebook feeds end-to-end for four years. One in-studio Workhorse production produced the launch hero frames; the rolling feed practice was a monthly editorial curation in collaboration with a photographer, designer, and writer, held to a single content standard. Roughly forty-eight months of posts across the partnership.

Influencer Programs

Macro-tier creator program built to carry Active's launch week and to seed the always-on feed afterward. Creators ran takeover content frames + organic posts during launch windows.
