running an all lady firm (i mean we will hire a guy. soon.) can be a challenge at times. but looking back over the last year, we are so proud of all of the women who have come together to make decent workshop more than a pipe dream. our days could just have been full of deadlines, timelines and content changes that never quite finish, but instead we got podcasts (looking at you gimlet addicts) , trips to glens, and sneak rose too. we are excited to start in on the next phase of decent in our new digs and with a few new faces around the office (more on that soon).

we’ve got some serious squad goals, which plus the ann friedman weekly, (because can’t we just get over the way women talk already) are making this friday FLY BY.
